    I assume you know this, so can I suggest that you explain in a bit more detail how this idea will be of benefit. To me, it just seems counter-intuitive.

    Also the low caste peoples of India who do a huge amount of the world's garment dieing are mainly illiterate and living literally hand to mouth. Anything which involves even electricity let alone digital technology, won't help them.
