Can you tell me if the body will reject the stitches?? my daughter had this done in july and has an infection, today when i cleaned the ear's i can see a small white thread could this be the internal stitch??

@beanibbe2008 Yes it is likely to be an internal
Stitch which is working it's way out.
It would be best to make an appointment with your surgeon as it is usually very simple to take this stitch out. This should clear the infection and everything should revert to normal.
