Actually he is the real patriot. He stand up for the people of America and the world. He doesn't want them DEAD. What you are referring to is called Nationalism- meaning you love the government and system, even so far as to go and die for them. Which is pathetic if you ask me - sorry.

So hes making fun of American soldiers who risk their life everyday in warfare... Saying they don't have patriotism and "they're killing each other to improve their self-esteem." I know this is comedy but man is really unpatriotic.
