----This PART 2 video (of a 5 part series) consists of five groups of photos I took on 10/1/11, 10/6/11,11/3/11, 11/11/11, and 11/18/11 documenting the progress of the demolition of most of San Antonio's iconic downtown MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM. Basically, only its beautiful grand facade will remain and will be incorporated into the new design of what will be the TOBIN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS.
----Proponents of the project claim the renovation will offer a major acoustical improvement over the original auditorium. Hope the new center is as architecturally impressive and comfortable as the original building. I think the seating capacity of the new center will be too small.
----CLICK in the LINK (box) at the end of this video to see the PART 3 video in this series.
