My mother always told me that the salt should go on the chicken liver only when it's all done, otherwise it will harden. So, did your chicken liver get hard, or remain juicy and soft? (anyhow: i am drooling all over my keyboard now...)

A very flavorful dish, however you might want to cut back on the salt a bit.

@mrsciarathestar I'm cooking this tonight. Try it with chicken livers, but make sure you share it with someone who definitely likes chicken livers just in case you don't like it. But I think you will like it...

@TitliNihaan ..ooh Titli, the recipe looks soooooo good and tasty! Just one question: I'm not a great fan of livers.. could I use for example some cubed chicken breasts instead?

@niceliuk88 I'm not sure it would, but you could try. The flavours in this dish are really intense thanks to the chicken livers. Maybe cook this for someone who likes liver and try it for yourself...

can i use something other than mint that would make it taste equally good??

@cwshere1 The mint flavour in this is very subtle. If you don't like a hint-of-mint you can just leave it out.
