This song (wasted) is definately done by the Circle jerks (from the album Group Sex if I'm not mistaken) I think they wrote it themselves, not 100% sure though

Yup, you are right, if yo read more into our description it says wasted by the circle jerks and into minor threat, its just two songs in the same vid.
