Keep in mind that the only thing that hoodia does is suppress appetite. It will not improve a bad diet nor will it address overeating problems. If you have a terrible diet and tend to overeat even when you are not hungry, hoodia will do absolutely nothing for you.

Hoodia will not build muscle and it will not burn fat. Your muscles are fat burning machines. They burn fat all day long - even when you are resting. The more you have the more fat youll burn. Your metabolism also plays a key role in burning fat. The only way to build muscle and to get your metabolism cranking is to exercise!

While hoodia may help to suppress your appetite, you still need to diet and exercise for optimal results. Dont fall prey to the hype that all you have to do is pop some hoodia supplements and youll magically lose weight! NOT!

  • Be aware that the mio watches can malfunction (I own an older version). When you change the battery sometimes its difficult to reset your heart rate. It reads mine as too high and I don't know how to fix it to make it accurate. So maybe get a warranty on it so you can get it fixed just in case that happens. But I hope it doesn't. Other than that, its a really good heart rate, calorie monitor :)

  • Im back to retract what I said. My mom uses the foot thingys and she said she feels better since using them and she said (TMI) that her urine is clear now... so I guess they DO work

  • I like that candle ensemble, nice! That would go good with your sacred woman journey. Good, u are moving the intestines now. I have 1 movement per day, make sure you stay hydrated during these flushes because this can possibly dehydrate you. I cant wait to see the scale comparison..and those foot things, I heard they didnt work but let me know
