My character was level 41 when the video was made, he was heavily invested in Agi for speed.
His status were: 12 STR, 47 Agi, 6 INT, 9 CHA. I imported my character at around level 32 from a Native game to the mod called "Sword of Damocles" you are seeing here in the video.
I apologize for the super lag in the video, please note these are not slow motion effect to show how cool I am, it's just pure lag when I use Fraps from time to time.
