@Soetman Yes he was indeed using launch control! Here is how it works in an LP640: you put the car in sport mode on the center console, then you turn the traction control off just above the sport button, then you simply floor the gas; the launch control drops the clutch around 4500 rpm and manages wheel spin accordingly. All you need to do is shift before you hit the rev limiter. All this was beautifully demonstrated in this video!!!

FINALLY an actual murcielago owner that knows how to use the launch control in his lp640!!! So to all the people shocked here at this launch - just CALM yourselves! Thats what the lp640 was ALWAYS capable of, its just that finally one of its owners figured out how to use the darn launch control. Thumbs up for the driver!
