The Modern Incas in Bolivia now now have a socialist Education System to make Advance education affordable and lift them out of poverty and going to use that to once again develope technology like a lithium industry so you "smart" Asians better watch out! There is a video of the bolivian lithium plant and a female Native American scientist fresh out of university with black hair/dark skin in the video. It will still ve decade to catch up to Asia though as getting an advance degree take 5 years.

This is caused by water's surface tension ..
Its the same principal as a pitcher dribbling down the front because you don't pour fast enough. When you put your finger at the side of the groove, you let part of the stream drop to the face of the wall. As you move it across, the surface tension pulls the water to the wall like a curtain. Putting your finger in the channel makes the water flow faster, and pops the 'bubble' holding it to the wall.
Its neat... but not magic. Nothing is magic.
