There are many unrecorded Cowell symphonies. 1,2 3,6,8,9,12, 14... and like so much music by neglected composers of America, Cowell's music is often deeply moving, certainly fascinating, and wonderfully removed from the war-horse torn concert hall. Many of us want to hear more of these forgotten composers. Thanks for this posting.

I had an old LP recording of one of Henery Cowell's Hymn and Fuging Tunes, probably from the late 1950's or early 1960's. I believe it was on the Unicorn label. The album was A UNICORN SAMPLER as I recall. There was also a recording of Charles Ives THE UNANSWERED QUESTION on the record. Anyone have any idea if there is a place to find old recordings like this? I lost the record some years ago, and really miss those two works.
