The onslaught of crazy legislation continues as the House GOP of Utah passed a bill that allows schools to skip on sex education classes, and prohibits instruction in the use of contraception, sex outside marriage or homosexuality. But it's not just happening on a state level. Lately, we've been hearing a lot coming from the GOP and the Presidential candidates in particular, over issues of contraception. So what is the GOP's ultimate goal here? The Daily Caller's James Poulos weighs in.

"what are women for" ??
that's vile & evil.
Women aren't FOR anything - they are not tools to be used. Women & men each do different things, live very gender-specific life-styles. The key is CHOICE. If this ass-hat thinks women are "for" a purpose decided AGAINST their consent (yet within their abilities) then he's a fuckwad. Look, he IS a fuckwad. Very clear.

Yes. A lot of people have one-sided views. And we should deal with that by telling religious assholes to shut the fuck up.

i think the question should be more like: what do women do for men that offsets the cost of being a relationship, and how does that change over time. women do more for men when they're in their 20s than in the 40s. very useful in the 20s, very unuseful in the 40s, which is the reason for alimony: to keep a negative assest on the books, like when a man ows a large debt on a credit card that can only be paid down all at once: either take a huge hit, or continue payments on the interest.

I'm not a libertarian, as in Canada we just flat out don't do that.
But I think a Ron Paul presidency is most sane for the world, will be good for trade with Canada, my economy, and will avoid having everyone nuked. Everyone else seems to like getting the planet nuked so the answer should be clear.

#1 no one is my hero but me
#2 no, Ron Paul is totally fine with contraceptives
#3 Ron Paul isn't very happy about abortions but he isn't telling anyone they can be stopped or should be. I don't imagine I'd like to *see* an abortion but I'm all for them being good 'n' legal
#4 yes, I caught how he threw in "morality" of America to catch a few of those votes. It's how the game is played
#5 I'm in CANADA. Not American. None of them is "my" candidate

Oh and by the way this "ass-hat" is a libertarian and, like you, would probably want Ron Paul as our next president. I love it when you guys fight amongst yourselves ;P

"Choice"? Your hero Ron Paul is just as crazily against sex and contraceptives as Santorum. But I suppose you'll claim he won't DO anything about those lunatic, old-fashioned beliefs since he's anti-government and would never let the government do ANYTHING even if he agreed with it. Sure.
So why did he mention how immoral we are about sex?
Oh but I did give you a thumbs up for your comment. Because it's right even if your candidate wouldn't like it.

Yes, but schools need to inform kids. Parents guide. Schools inform. People who think that information gets in the way of their parenting are just poor parents.
