  • Were you guys using a redlight?

  • @xtensitymusic we were definitely using a light that was red.

  • do you think it would have gotten more intense if you had of gone longer?

  • I seriously doubt it, it felt no different after an hour to how it felt after 5 minutes :(

  • Wait i already have one.

  • I must buy a red light!

  • YES, IT WORKS

I've done it 3 times so far. Make sure you use noise cancelling headphones, and lie as still as possible. Have lights on and keep your eyes OPEN. It takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes to start having dramatic effects.

I for one didn't see any vivid hallucinations. I had lots of floaty feelings, flying sensations, and strange color fluctuations.

  • i dont have a red light so i painted the pingpong balls red. i havent tried it yet but do you think it would work?

  • do u have to use ping pong balls

  • @pleasenjoi93 Would your body do the same if you were to stare under your sheets in the pitchblack in your room were there is little to no noise?

  • @0Wigly0 If you block your senses (in this case just sight and hearing) your body becomes confused and creates hallucinations to fill in the blankness of darkness and white noise. Its called sensory deprivation, its essentially dreaming while you're awake.

  • Im confused about what this entire thing is x(

  • what is the song at the end?
