  • Its so obvious , the government officials of course. In fact , all the elected party have not till today done any outstanding policy at all. However, they done a very good job and that's corruption. Filipino have so far also very inmature when electing a government as they always vote in the popular candidate rather than their honesty, capability and foresight to govern the country. Moreover , filippino are always boastful about getting things done but the end result is always not up standard

  • @1nterceptor "poor people who can't afford birth control but think they can afford kids"...i would agree on this one...

  • I agree, I have some panels in my backyard for my landscape and security and it is maintenace free. Some people take advantage of the poor. I hope God forgives them for playing such a role.

  • the only maintenance solar panels need are cleaning when they get dusty, that should cost nothing. does the author mean financing for the panels and not maintenance? i'm from the philppines and have traveled a bit around the world, i see the same situation repeated everywhere. poor people who can't afford birth control but think they can afford kids.

  • Thanks for posting this video, i wish solar panels are cheaper to obtain and maintain, it will definitely make life in the Philippines and other countries better.
