Sacred Heart (Original on Harp Guitar}

© 2007 --- Tunning: DFGABC | DADGAD --- In this video, I perform "Sacred Heart" on my new double-neck, twelve-string harp guitar. This is my first composition for this instrument. The tuning is as follows:

The sacred heart is about the divine love of Jesus for humanity. The love for which He suffered and sacrificed His life on Earth so we may be spiritually free. The devotion of the sacred heart symbolizes our love for God.

Thanks brother Lewis. Most harp guitars have to be custom-ordered for a Luthier. However, you can get one like mine for under $2000 from Lark in the Morning in San Francisco or from the Harp Guitar Society. They except web orders from their website. Let me know if you want the web addresses.

Speechlessly trying not to blaspheme here......

There were harmonics you hit during the slapped section (or is that a bass only term?) that fair bought a tear to my eye there. So many questions arose whilst I was watching - how to tune it? Was that completely acoustic (the bass was amazing)? But mostly I was thinking - when and where am I buying myself a harp guitar......?
