Two year old archer puts on a show!

My son Liam turned two last month. He had been packing around a little plastic bow with suction-cup arrows, but for his 2nd birthday I got him an actual fiberglass bow. Granted, it's too big for him, but that hasn't stopped him from packing it around and plucking the string for the last two weeks. Tonight I got out some real arrows and we went in the back yard. We took a couple of practice rounds and found that as long as I helped support the bow he could pull, aim, and release the arrow on his own. We had the camera rolling and Grandma and Grandpa were there when he pulled off a 3 bullseye round. This kid is going to be an arrow flinging machine by the time he's three...

2 years old, nice! I feel old now, having started archery when I was 10 years oldre than him. I'm guessing he's a bit older now, has he gotten a Robin Hood yet or still too young for that?

@jess1541 Nah, no robin hoods yet. He's 4 now and he's starting to shoot pretty well on his own. I just got him a 3D deer target that he loves to shoot. Check out some of the newer videos of him shooting on my channel. Thanks!

I love seeing kids getting into archery at a young age, I started archery at age 2 as well and have been shooting for 14 years now. I can't get enough. Congrats little man.

awsome shootin, never to young to get started. My daughter is 4 and has 3 bows of her own, she has been shootin since she was about his age. She hunts with me to (of couse shes not old enough to be the one to make the shot but she goes) Me and her daddy are teachin her to hunt and love the outdoors the way we were raised... to many kids dont get that chance
