Volunteers gather on Saturday mornings from mid-September through the end of October each year to collect, sort and winnow prairie plant seeds for the Madison Audubon Society's prairie restoration at Goose Pond Sanctuary, which straddles the towns of Arlington and Leeds in Wisconsin.
