On the 30th June we visited Charing Cross police to find out what was happening to a friends daughter that had been arrested earlier in the day for peacefully sitting in the road while the anti-cuts demo was being held (the road was already closed to traffic), as a result of peacefully waiting in the police station we got thrown out and quite a few police turn up for a few people.

  • "Move please, you're blocking the entrance..."

...says the officer, before he and his drones proceed to block the entrance.

  • these guys have a limited perspective on how to approach things. antagonizing the police like this isn't going to do any thing but lose their respect for you. why not learn some law and beat them with knowledge an intellect.

  • @gemmell761 yesss!

  • i aint a fan of the police but with no good cunts like you behaving that way towards them i am re-considering my position.

  • I don't see how this is productive in any way, who have you influenced positively in these actions? Much love

  • Get jobs! stop fucking around, and preventing the police getting on with their work.

And that twat who keeps saying 'it's a public building' yeah your fucking right, and it's the same building that decent people would have been prevented using because of your stupid fucking little embarrassing protest.

I don't know why the police were so restrained. If I was a copper I would have had great pleasure in smacking your useless fucking head in, for taking police from important work.

    Idiots.

  • @smallblueclouds "there is nothing in law that specifically protects or grants as a 'right' both irrationality and anger."

i see your point, however im not referring to "Law" im speaking of the human condition. locking us up (or censoring) because a minority says something a majority disagrees with makes a no sense. such a mentality infringes our freedom. The Black "Law" Dictionary defines it well: Freedom:- absence of restraint.

  • @paddyaway

"people are going to get angry and irrational and thats there right surly"

That depends on how the irrationality and/or anger presents itself, there is nothing in law that specifically protects or grants as a 'right' both irrationality and anger.

"i felt sorry for the police officers as much as the public in this video."

They don't look as if they are particularly bothered, I wouldn't waste your sympathy.

  • in the end were all human beings and non of us enjoy being treated like cattle
