LISTEN UP! The government is planning on releasing a bill called Bill S.978. What this will do is make posting any copyrighted material on the internet a FELONY, including video game footage. @KillerZetzz Yeah I'm pretty sure it is, I think its to give the city a more gritty feel. Not sure about removing it for PC, if someone knows I'm sure they'll let ya know.

You can drive any vehicle, just like in the regular GTA IV.
