(This is my first YouTube video) This is a stock E-sky Belt CP with a 1800mAh battery, witch normally gives you about 9 to 12 minutes flight time. (Normal Idle.Up-config and Hov.Pit set to 60%) The camera onboard is a FlyCamOne2.
You should also check the lighting where you are flying. I've noticed that the FlyCamOne2 has better frame rate when it's not too bright or dark. Like in the evening, or when it's cloudy.
You should also spend some time trimming the main rotor blades. If they aren't trimmed well enough, the vibrations will be bigger. And the camera will have a harder time making a smooth video. (By the way, I didn't need any isolating to get it smooth. The camera is mounted tight to the underside of the helicopter.) Sorry about bad English.
Buy a FlyCamOne2, it works fine for me. With the camera you get a mounting bracket thing, that fits the Belt CP perfect. I mounted the camera beneath, in the front. (Where the front landing gear-legs comes down.) I used some thin steel wire to keep it tight. It looks like the FlyCamOne2 handles the vibrations pretty nicely. Yes, I would suggest that you get a FlyCamOne2. (SDcard not included with the cam. Be sure to get one with god write-speed. If not, the video will get lag and bad frame rate)
I have tried so hard to mount my camera on my heli without all the distortion caused by vibration. Please tell me how you get such a great video--so smooth, steady and solid??? Could it be my camera? I have the little thumb-size 5-in-1 eDVR. Unless there is no vibration, I get horribly shaky videos--really crappy to watch. Your video is perfect! How do you mount and isolate your camera from vibration?? Will I have to get the FlyCamOne2 to get great videos like yours?? Can you help me?
