Separate Ways: Someone Save Me; Chapter 11 Part 2

Kevin's POV

I couldn't believe Joe and Nick seriously wanted us to believe they would sleep in their own rooms tonight. I wasn't gonna try and hide it. I walked straight to Hayley's room, not bothering to change into my pj's. She disappeared into the bathroom and returned 10 minutes later with her hair loosly flowing down her bare shoulders, and a small silk nightie.

"You look beautiful." I said.

She smiled pleasantly. I myself had removed my jeans and shirt and was laying in just my boxers. Hayley climbed under the covers and I wrapped her into one of my bear hugs.

"Mmm, nice and warm." she whispered, tucking her head into my shoulder.

I kissed her forehead and pulled her closer to me. I rested my chin on her head and thought about how things were gonna change.

"Tomorrow night I'll be back to holding my pillow." I sighed.
"And I won't have any chest hair to tickle my face." she laughed.

I laughed along with her.

"I'm gonna miss you so much."
"It's only a month at least." she reasoned. "I'm glad I met you Kev."
"You sure about that?" I joked.
"True things may have gotton a little crazy."
"A little?"
"Ok, alot. But, I haven't felt this way before, not even about Brad. I love you with all my heart Kevin. And if you break it I don't ever want it back." she said, tears bursting through her eyes.
"What makes you think I'm gonna break your heart?" I said, wiping away her tears.
"Because I don't deserve you. And one day your gonna wake up and realise that, and everything will change."
"Hayley. Never think that your not good enough for anyone. You're the most amazing, talented, not to mention gorgeous girl, I have ever met. I love you and I'll never leave you." I said, certainly.

It was true. I had never felt so strongly about anyone before and now Hayley was questioning us. I had to make her see that I'll always be here, forever.

Carson's POV

I woke up in Joe's arms and realised he was awake and staring at me. It was kinda creepy.

"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Just watching you. I won't get to do this for another month." he sighed.

Since when did he turn so soppy.

"Joe, I'm gonna miss you too but GET A GRIP!" I scolded. "Where's the fiestyness gone? The passion? Your moping and it ain't pretty!"
"You want passion? I'll give you passion!" he retorted.

Then he stood up and clapped his hands to the side and stomped his feet. (think spanish dancing lol)

"I was thinking maybe a kiss." I joked.

He knealt on the bed next to me and kissed my lips gently. Just when he was pulling away he meshed his lips into mine and kissed me fiercly. This was more like it.

"Hmm, have you been practising?" I teased.
"You'd be surprised at how well I know the back of my hand." he stated.

This caused me to burst into a fit of giggles, accompanied by Joe laughing along.

"How about some breakfast?" he asked.
"That would be perfect."

We walked downstairs hand in hand and noticed everybody else was awake. That's a good job because me and Joe cooking wouldn't be very safe.

"Morning!" Joe greated them.

They mumbled goodmornings, through their mouthfulls of warm waffles and refreshing coffee. I grabbed a plate with two waffles and a glass of AJ (apple juice lol).

"How did you sleep?" Kevin asked, pointed towards Joe and Nick.
"Fine. I was a little lonely though. I didn't expect you to stay out all night." Joe said, mock hurt in his voice.
"Joe. Your bed is made. Trust me, I know you didn't sleep in it." Kevin laughed.

This caused us all to laugh at Joe and his bad planning.

"Well if your asking I slept like a baby. Besides Carson snoring that is."

I punched Joe playfully in the arm.

"Don't go blaming that on me!" I laughed.
"I have heard you before Joe." Hayley stated. "It's not pretty."
"Yeah well.....I have good bed head." he retorted.
"The jealousy is eating me up inside." Hayley added sarcasticly.

Joe took a mouthful of his overly sauced waffle, a satisfied smile on his face. He actually thought his comeback was that good?

"What time is our flight?" I asked.

Everybodies smiling, happy faces froze. They began frowing and remained quiet.

"Come on guys! It's a month! We lasted that long before." I stated.
"Yeah but I wasn't dating you then." Joe countered.
"And I didn't have Riley." Nick added.
"We have each other." I offered.
"Joe isn't too nice to cuddle while sleeping." Nick said, cringing.
"Neither are you puff ball." he replied.

This caused Riley to laugh, as she ran her hands through Nick's slightly more poofy, bed hair. We continued eating our breakfast when finally, we all decided to pack our belongings.
