  • only a person with minimal intelligence would think this music is gay

  • dude... what the hell is up with the gay music?

  • Texas's best win that year.

  • @LincolnBoy71 ...please...you're insulting my intelligence. If you want to hang your hat on near victories, that's fine. It's pretty pathetic, but it's your prerogative. Nebraska has a fantastic football history, and I wouldn't ever say otherwise, but you're grasping at straw(man)s and making excuses for your being owned by Texas. Texas is 4-6 against Oklahoma in the last 10 years. Hardly impressive, but hardly "owned." Unlike 1-9.

  • Texas owns you in the games we've played. You can play the what if game all you want. What would your record have been against Darrell Royal coached Texas teams? It's a fucking stupid argument, because it didn't happen. McWilliams would've been roasted by Osborne, but that's completely irrelevant to the point at hand. To sit there and say we played a top 7 Nebraska team 5 times, and none of those matter because you were "overranked," but hypothetical games when Nebraska was in their prime....

  • @LincolnBoy71 Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, is it? Point to me where I said anything about beating the best Nebraska teams ever (which we can all agree were Osborne-coached teams). You can say they were overrated, but that's entirely subjective. My point is that the majority of the Nebraska teams we beat weren't 3-9 teams, they were quality teams, at least two of which were sitting on very lengthy winning streaks at Memorial Stadium. So try and dismiss it all you want, but...

  • @Longhornmaniac8 Osbornes AVERAGE record fom 1974-1994 (10-1) The two decades TX did not have to face up against the Big Red ONE time. Now go check TX average record those decades especially the 80's. . .u tell me what TX record against Nebraska in its PEAK era would have been. Osborne would have WALKED all over David McWilliams and John Mackovic.

  • @FuzzyPineapple1 yeah like I said, TX was 1-1 against Osborne, then he retired. Players wanted to play for the man even more than the program, when he left, Nebraska went down, and TX still barely beat us in most games. Yeah u beat Oz by ten in 96, AFTER Frazier left . NU 94 95 would have smashed on the horns, as well as many teams from the late 80's early 90's when TX didnt play us. We were playing in NC games in those years many times. Where was TX?

  • @Longhornmaniac8 and look at most of those scores against NON -Osborne teams. 16-20, 24-27, 20-24, 20-22, 25-28, 12-13, . . while Nebraska was nothing like it had been in the 90's and TX was on top of the world recruiting wise. . and I dont give a steaming pile of Bevo shit dude.. all that talent TX has all the time. . .and NU still has more NC's. .TX cant bring home the crystal . nice job gettin BEATDOWN by OU, your new owner in the Big 12.

  • your smokin BEVO scat dude. If you think TX record would have bee 9-1 against all Osborne teams, ur deluded. The teams TX beat were INDEED WAY WEAKER than the NU teams from the late 80's and 90's . . u know, the decades when TX didnt have to play Nebraska? DUH. FACT- when Osborne retired, NU recruiting took a nosedive, while TX recruiting was just heating up. Sure NU was ranked, OVERRANKED most of the time cuz they were still media darlings after a decade of total dominance.
