  • oooh what i wouldnt give to join a coven as well organised (yet so free and flowing) as this one appears to be. hoof and horn hoof and horn, all that dies shall be reborn, i love it!

i edited a part of we all come from the goddess in my b.o.s for the autumn equinox, i hope it brings inspiration:

"we all come from the goddess

and to her we shall return

    just like the leaves

fall to the ground in autumn"

its similar to one i found in "the real witches book of spells and rituals"

    blessed be!

  • Sounds great! This is actually not a coven, just a group of friends doing a Dance of Universal Peace in the pagan tradition. These dances tend to create a high level of flowing and energy, and are great to use in ritual!

  • Thanks! The dance is used for raising energy and works really well in ritual. bb Amara

  • Thanks I am glad you enjoyed it! so did we! amara

  • i have only seen a coven work together like this once in my life, there call to the god was beyond anything i had ever seen. i hope someday to see this kind of devotion to the god and goddess again

  • Love it! Definitely something I'm going to plan with the girls for our next ritual!

  • thank you so much for posting this, it looked like everyone had a wonderful time there.

    Happy Solstice!

  • There is also:

    Sage and Crone

    Sage and Crone

Wisdoms gifts shall be our own

    Crone and Sage

    Crone and Sage

Wisdom is the gift of age.

    Either way, it's a good song. :)

  • also there is a verse that says "wave and Wind, Wave and Wind, all that flows shall never ends"... as all good folk songs...many versions! blessings, Amara

  • Ooops....I put "fails" but meant "falls".

  • There's 2 versions of the song:

1.) Hoof and horn, hoof and horn, all that dies shall be reborn. Corn and grain, corn and grain, all that fails shall rise again.

    -and-

2.) Hoof and horn, hoof and horn, all that dies shall be reborn. Vine and grain, vine and grain, all that's cut shall rise again.
