да тут вся проблема в патронах которые не простреливаюца, они наверно даже не в китае были сделаны а в соседнем кишлаке на коленке собраны.

Он неправильно передёргивает затвор. Нужно резко потянуть на себя а затем отпустить. иначе патрон может застрять.

@WunderDoob Dear DOOB, No "jam" occurs on the AK in foreground.It appears to feed & extract normally.There are 2- Fails to fire ( FTFs) & approx 15 rounds fired. Very likely an ammo related problem or weak hammer spring.There are at least 4 other AKs in the video that seem to function just fine. One would assume that they were all loaded w/ same lot of ammo- no way to be sure. All weapons can fail. I would not indict all 300 million plus AK pattern rifles cause this didn't fire suspect ammo

He got confused because it jammed. Oh, what's that? AKs don't jam? Theres proof right there.
