Elizabeth cannot get Jack out of her mind and misses him a lot. She misses him so much that she would do anything to just see him again. The beginning of the song is just her thinking about him, but towards the end of the song she actually goes to Tortuga to find him, and he is willing to take her back because he still loves her, too.
The "aged film" clips are either Elizabeth or Jack thinking about each other and also memories that they had together.
