Doyle's last biennium budget actually produced a surplus. Seriously, look it up.  Scooter spent it all on tax giveaways to his rich right-wing benefactors. Then borrowed against the future of this state by cutting education and other programs that benefit the middle class to pay for the "structural" debt that we "supposedly" have to pay off now. I'd rather have another Doyle than another Walker.

No, he was just county Executive and didn't lift a finger to create jobs in Milwaukee.

Furthermore, Milwaukee is not one of the 'worst' cities in America. This is right wing rhetoric. Milwaukee, unlike many other 'rust belt' cities actually managed to maintain at least some of its industries, and is quite a bit more diversified in its economy than many other former manufacturing cities.

Yeah there are, the already approved monthly numbers from 2011 showing over 20,000 jobs lost by Scott Walker, when Jim Doyle had a growth of over 37,000 jobs in 2010. Walkers 'newly' released numbers have not been officially confirmed, nor have they been vetted by the Federal Government. Nor do we have an indicator on how Walkers 'job numbers' compare with the other states since he released them prematurely.
