I did not take this video.
What allegedly happened was some Chicago police arrested an apparent gang member and brought him into a rival gang's neighborhood for public humiliation. In the video they threatened to let the kid loose in the area presumably so he would be beaten by the rival gang.
Apparently police do things like that all the time in this neighborhood.

Most of these so call tough gang members are under the age of 21, unemployed, uneducated and live with their parents. Mom and dad take care of them, feed them, wash their clothes, but these are so called tough gang members lol pathetic! If you want to be tough, be independent and support yourself
