I'm having swallowing difficulty where suddenly one day every time i swallowed a liquid it goes down the "wrong tube" and has done so for 7 months without fail. I've been prescribed mestinon to try.. do you think that this would work the same way as the tensilon test? if i take one tab of mestinon for the first time ever, am i likely to feel immediate improvement, or does i t really have to be administered via IV?
So here are my symptoms... - Chronic fatigue. - Hashimot's Thyroiditis - JRA - ANA positive often - Lupus maybe - Autoimmune in family - Eyes twitch when I am exhausted - Have taken Setraline for the last 12 years - Chronic hip pain- FAIS surgery at the end of Jan - Exhausted after physical exertion - Cannot walk right now. - Can't do anything that I want to do - Fine motor skills mainly in tact - Chronic hiccups after eating - I am pre PA What are your suggestions?
