  • I'm having swallowing difficulty where suddenly one day every time i swallowed a liquid it goes down the "wrong tube" and has done so for 7 months without fail. I've been prescribed mestinon to try.. do you think that this would work the same way as the tensilon test? if i take one tab of mestinon for the first time ever, am i likely to feel immediate improvement, or does i t really have to be administered via IV?
