My cover of the Radiohead classic. I worked out this arrangement about 7 years ago. I played it on my first solo gig, and have been playing it ever since!

The song is on my album Hypertension, available at www.jongomm.com

The footage is from the TV show City Centre Social: big thanks to Shy Gerry, Dancing Dan, Rachel K and Interesting Phil. www.channelm.co.uk

Thanks also to the enigmatic Mr Dykes for trimming the clip

  • @ear8dmg haha ^^ , includes that he support's indie labels

  • Love all of your other work. Think your a crazy good guitarist. but not so crazy about this, think the original does it enough justice.

  • @guitarfreakdan Cos he don't suck on anyones ass. Artists like Jon are recognised for what they are - Amazingly talented. Can't say that about Beeber can you.

  • Having seen Jon live I have to say you don't fully appreciate how talented he is from these clips! The songs he writes himself are just amazing.

  • @meiname666 no, i agree. I'm just saying that people should be rewarded and PAID according to their own skills and talents, NOT what large music corporations are doing.

  • @guitarfreakdan All 14 dislikes were from Justin Bieber fans...

  • DUDE now that I see him with a beard and hair, I think I saw him in my store! I had no idea!

  • @guitarfreakdan Yep, the sad basic truth is that the lower the common denominator they appeal to, the more generally popular the artist. Artists like Jon Gomm appeal to a predictably smaller audience, but at least it is an audience with musical taste and an ear for innovation and maybe a bit of eclecticism. Justin Bieber's audience caps out at three chords and two-syllable words.

  • @Stophocles behin Thom Yorke all is not so much

  • @meiname666 Nice timing. Jon was on BBC breakfast the other day.
