Roz Colthart, Founder of Black-Essentials.Com speaks at the Grazia O2 X Awards. Roz speaks about her journey starting a business (an online shop) and how it felt to be the Scottish Finalist for the Grazia O2 X Fashion Award.

Having given up a career in hotel marketing including Malmaison boutique hotels & Sir Richard Bransons private retreat, Necker Island, Roz left the safety of her job to go it alone to find herself at the Grazia O2 X Awards just 18 months later. Roz also runs a networking group for girls who have gone through a similar experience leaving their job to start their own business.
