I don't buy it. Our borders are wide open have been and a blind eye was turned to the citizens cry more than 85% who've wanted our borders secured and those who don't belong removed yet there was never any concern over that. And why? Could it be fabricated controlled threats? So you're saying because everyone has been tapped all is well? Sorry I'm not that dumb. If it's okay for you to spy on me then it should be perfectly fine for me to spy on you especially since it's you who can't be trusted.

People say " if you are good it is ok to be wire tapped because you have nothing to hide", really? let me have your credit card number, ss#, bank account number, let me find out about all of your personal and family failings so that I can black mail you! oh, you are hiding this information? you must be A BAD PERSON------- WAKE UP AMERICA!

Where Was Democracy During All This?

I'm a Conservative who thinks anyone that supports Wiretapping and you have nothing to hide is a load of crap. You think our Government would wiretap the real bad guys? Hell no, they'd rather wiretap you and some 80 year old lady b/c to wiretap the real bad guys would be racial profiling and I don't care if its Republicans in the Government, they're a bunch of Libs too.
Bush passed a bill to supposedly protect us, but refused to secure the borders, so in that sense, he did what Obama is doing

@Michael707S would you like the govt listening in as you phonefuck your girlfriend?
-
wiretaping is unconstitutional so its WRONG!
-
I don't like Bush, but I don't really see a problem with wiretaps. Unless you're conducting illegal business over the phone, you have nothing to hide, and thus nothing to worry about. So, unless you're an active criminal, government wiretaps don't affect you.

protect us how really by wiretapping us hmmm, by how being able to know who knows more then they should? or knowing that iran isn't terrorists like he says?
Iran has 25% of the worlds oil, and why we wanting to attack, they have laws against terrorists of any kind but yet our government does not say this.. hmmm interesting.
-
Iran, is defending their country, from people like Bush, who are trying to own it.
you are a sheep. A sheep controlled by another Sheep, who is controlled by a goat.
There is reality, then there is what you see. You are no where near reality anymore.

so basically having our government interfere with our constitutional rights is the only way for us to be safe?
This is a dark day for our democracy..
