My dad got a dvd for xmas "the best of David Allen" and I watched this yesterday and when they showed this sketch I laughed my head off. And my dad looked at me and said: "you thought THAT was funny?"

It has more "punch" in the Catholic church because of the belief in transubstantiation. Given he grew up a Catholic (his real surname was Mahony), this is oprobably what he was thinking of.
