This is the 4th music video of Hangnail I made.
The title says "summer" and edited in summer, but the guys were filmed in autumn. So, some effort had to be made for the evasion of the autumn atmosphere, even though the trees are not holding much of leaves.- - - Anyway the purpose of this video was to show the band's play mainly to let the viewer focus on the sound, mainly. So the most of the effort were spent to synchronize the picture movement to the soundtrack from the CD. Fortunately, James didn't change the line of the guitar solo in the gig footage that much, so, managing Avid in the school frame by frame, - - - this is not so bad, I suppose.- - - The teachers in the school were very cross, because this work was not for showing off the student's artistic techniques as a student. But, obviously, all the Metal people who watched all the Hangnail music videos Macco made said, this is the very best one out of those.
