This extremely enjoyable film, which contains excellent footage of late 1960's home life, attitudes to food and meal times, addresses obesity in children. A female GP narrates the story of three children who are overweight for their age stressing that although there may be some inherited causes of their obesity, it is mostly due to over-feeding on the part of the parents, what the GP calls a cruel kindness. 3 segments. • were fat people lol

  • Fish and green stuff

  • Basically right.

  • Oh sigh.

  • @Montork and you will not only be able to perform better but you will have more energy regardless of size. of course you may lose weight by doing this but that should always be secondary.

  • @kaiuycn two things i know about health

1 the body needs a wide range of nutrients so its important to get a wide variety in your foods, in moderation. meaning you shouldn't cut thins out of your diet, you should just have a little now and then. its never a good idea to cut out food groups.

2 it usually doesn't matter what you weigh in relation to good health. people will perceive you differently based on weight but that has nothing to do with your health. eat moderately and exercise..

  • @Montork yep ;) and those people are the ones who are REALLY genetically fat, not the overeating lazy asses most some are.

  • @kaiuycn oh i know that.. im larger myself, what i meant was they pretend that its simpler than it is. many fat people do eat moderately and exercise alot and are still fat.

  • @Montork Because theres nothing wrong with those fat people, they are healthy. I know one guy whos pretty chubby but he plays alot of sports and is very healthy. His fat only helps him (he plays rugby so more body weight helps when tackling).

  • i like how none of the cases include fat people who eat right, exercise, and are still fucking fat.
