is it really better to use the ball under the elbow while doing this exercise ? what diameter does the ball have to have and where can I get one like that ? I need to do this exercise due to shoulder-problems and it confused me that a lot of other pages show this exercise without the ball, shoulder pressed against the side....I appreciate an answer very much - thank you - great work !
