literally "easy hurt woman". Not sure if there's an official English translation, but "vulnerable woman" or "fragile woman" are commonly found.

The name of this song is Fragile Woman :=) but the original song is japanese by Nakajima Miyuki and it is called RUJU (Rouge), it is a very beautiful song. but I like the chinese version too xD.

No, Faye Wong is not Japanese but she have covered this song from Miyuki Nakajima. So the first version of this song is in Japanese and you have never heard it because you were in that time not in Japan.
