@BennyJennyJ1 The budgie was in old age already and as for the cockatiel, her previous owners didn't take very good care of her so she has bad feather growth.

@lulzBrownie i hear that when bird bluck their feathers out or w/e some kind of birds it is because they are depressed im not sure if its true need to search up but.. it wud be good to take them to a vet. :)

Yeah, it's really common for RESCUED birds to LOOK wonky, when they're often more or less completely healthy. And that's because feather picking is also really common among bored parrots.
What a sweet moment! Our cockatiel was just annoyed by our persistent parakeet, lol.

Those are some unhealthy looking birds.

@Vailwolf Sorry that I wasn't the original owner of the cockatiel or that I let my budgie to live around 8 years old or more.
