4:40 reminds me of Price Club where they cross-check your receipt vs. the goods purchased to make sure you don't steal anything! What a turn off! Will never go there again!
When I was a kid I liked this show but I really didn't appreciate how genius it was until now. Its Monty Python genius. Too bad it seems like this kind of stuff doesn't fly in the United States.
Why can't Saturday Night Live have skits like this? ... The producers of SNL need to sit down watch every season of Kids in the Hall on dvd.... now if you'll excuse me, I have the hankerin' for some sausages & syrup!
@0o0StormShadow0o0 Well, at least with the thinking out loud/KITH skit, SNL may have just done that! Gregory Peck once was an SNL special guest, thinking his thoughts out loud as a sort of storyline narrative, but the scene was set in a kind of film noir/detective environ.
as a kid, when i saw this bit, i actually believed canadian life was really that bleak and monotonous. im sure its not, but this sketch really didnt help lol
