  • lol If you get married to this song, you'd be a fool. It's not about a happy marriage, it's about divorce.

  • you guys might think that this song is sweet and about how two people that loves each other, but I actually think it's about a guy who isn't ready for commitment and it's kinda sad because it's like the guy only realized when he was already gonna get married, just listen to the lyrics: "and even at my best, i want to let go.." you'll understand that maybe the guy isn't ready to get married and he doesn't want it, he just wants to let go..

so it's kinda weird to use this song on your wedding xD

  • The first time I heard this song, I was watching One Tree Hill. I love that show because it makes me feel like I'm a part of their world. This song is beautiful, even though it has a tragedy behind the words.

  • I saw this song and I was like aww, cute, a song called Wedding Dress. But it's actually sad! :(

  • @kpensyl i disagree. i think it is about someone loving someone else who is about to get married to another person.... he wants to be strong enough to move on... but he loves her.... orrrrr. i think it might be about a struggling couple. either way. i do not think it is about divorce

  • Im getting married next year, and I dont think that A song played at your wedding can determine if you get divorced or not... So i think that all the people that are saying " get prepared for divorced if you play this song" are divorced, or unhappy, or even jealous that theres a couple out there happier than you.

  • @kpensyl how and why he wrote it might be about divorce, but just because a song was written and has that meaning to someone does not mean it has to have the same meaning to everyone else. people can listen and feel whatever they want when they hear a song. thats why music is great. theres nothing in the song that actually singles out divorce. its still a wonderful song.

  • @MrMassivechinjammo lol it's funny how you thought you were correcting her.
