fact: if this device was stronger it would supply wireless electricity to everything in your house - tv, dvd player, etc. without any negative effects on people.

Couldn't agree more. The cord connecting the mat to the plug beats the whole wireless concept. Plus, what's up with that dock? Not worth going through all the hassles.
