"It is the Presidents perogative to appoint the Cabinet & a MUST consultation to the Prime Minister designate".My Brothers & sisters my understanding of this statement (on 08:00 to 08:30) on the timer, Hon. Uhuru states that Appointment of Cabinet must be in consultation to PM or ODM leader.Now Were the 1st 17 cabinet members appointed to that national accord signed between them 2 leaders?The answer is a straight NO!Dissolve the cabinet,appoint a Brand new one!!!
