The Woman's Club and its Junior Auxiliary are charitable, educational and social organizations. They share a beautiful facility near downtown Wilmette, at 930 Greenleaf Ave.

Debbie Burdick, the membership chair, and Ruth Smith and Joan Bowe and I talked about membership in the Woman's Club, and about the club's activities.

The ladies also took me on a tour of the club, and we've posted a separate video of that at YouTube.

  • it is not it is an opinion

  • i aggree

  • this is not normal

  • As a new member, I appreciated learning some things about the Club that I didn't know. Joan, Debbie and Ruth were all very articulate and focused. If the Village trustees would show this annually at least at public hearings, then perhaps the membership of the Club would increase. Barb. S.
