HOW DO YOU MAKE WATER LOOK LIKE THAT?
-
this is a commercial, you can't ask for a tutorial..

Beautifully done.
Although, they're implying that fluids contribute to satiation, which is false. Why must something so well done be tainted with a false implication?

nice, i like it.. what resolution did you set the particles at? also, when you created the mesh did you use the relax filter??? thanks!

@ChrisCDXX the res of the fluid isn't something that's so important, since it really depends on the scale of your objects or scene. The particle count is more of a measure of detail in a particular fluid element. In this case, the particle count ran at around 400 - 500k. For the mesh, we did use the relax filter -- we always do, when creating fluids that are at all like water. This was all done as a single, continuous sim by the way -- it took around 3 days to run.

Check out Fusion's website to see how we achieved our shape-shifting liquid. Go to Fusion's website (listed in our profile) then "About Us" , "Articles", and click on the second article icon (Computer Graphics World article entitled "Wet 'N Wild")
