'Celtic Nation'..hmmm not sure about that distinction. English people contain as much 'celtic' Dna as you guys, only the language/culture here has been more or less erased ie Cumbrian or Cornish. Scottish people also have a good proportion of Norse dna as do the English same goes for Germanic saxon/angle jute blood (like it or not guys) as well as a fair sprinkling of Norman (norse/french) from our common oppressors. Point is we're now so mixed amonst ourselves you can hardly claim distinct race

The Scots hate the English or "Englishness" for one reason, they're next door to them and the closest people who aren't Scottish that they can kill. Swap England and France or Germany around and see if you like the change, chances are you won't and you'll be torching villages by sunrise. Then again, what the fuck do I care? I'm Welsh and don't really give a toss about anything, I'm too busy not being angry with people and getting on with my life.
