  • Yeah but you need a bigger one like the Mustang 3. The Mustang 1 is only around 20 watts...

Is loud but not quite for a full band.....so either Mustang 2 or 3...

Of course when your talking Metal its loud to begin with....

Check out the demos I have and you can hear the sounds....Thx Ed

  • Very Nice guitar it should work fine for all your metal needs and most of the Skynard stuff..But becasue it dont have a middle pick up like a Fender Strat you can get the Chicken picken sound, but it does have a 5 way switch so it will split the rear Humbucker and the Neck Humbuker to get a sound that kinda close to the fender sound. But it sounds like you like more Metal stuff so this would work fine. Ibanez makes a great guitar thats why Satriani and Vai play them God Bless Ed

  • just a regular guitar cable an usb to plug into computer.(Mini to regular USB) thx Ed

  • If yo uwant low end go for bigger speaker of course...Ive got hte Mustang III for that. The real neat bennifit is the software that comes with the amp and how you ca nmanipulate the sounds from your computer etc. And of course record nt your computer with the fuse software. I had a micro cube and actually they are really really nice amps. I have the Mustang I and the Mustang III the Mustang three is a lot louder the Mustang one is more of a practice amp...Thanks....Ed

  • do each string same way, B string should light up second light make the red green red light be green. then that string is correctly tuned. do the remaining 4 strings the same way.. GDAE.

Look closely and you wuill see the 8 lights have the string name next to them. use that for each string then red green red for fine tuning.

    String names from thinner string (#1) E=1 B=2 G=3 D= 4 A= 5= E=6.

I hope that helps its hard to explaing in writting...Ill do a video later.

    Thanks Ed

  • Your Guitar strings are as follows

The thinner string on bottom is the first string.

     The names of the strings are 1= E 2=B 3=G 4= D 5=A=6=E

There are 8 lights on the mustang in a row from bottom to top they are A B C D E F G # There are 3 lights next to each other on right (Red, Green and Red)

When you tune the 1st string (E) the 5th light (Of the 8) will light up. The red green ad red light are for fine tuning make it turn green. you should see E light and green light when correct.
