An extremely nervous Simon comes home to Glenoak to await the results of his STD test from the clinic. Eric counsels a woman (guest-star Erika Alexander) who is caring for her two daughters (guest-stars Bree' Anna Banks and Brandi Vanice) with sickle cell anemia and whose absentee father (guest-star Victor Love) is hoping to take them back with him to Memphis, Tennessee for treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Meanwhile, Ruthie's ex-boyfriend Peter (guest-star Scotty Leavenworth) and his parents Paris and Vic (guest-star Bryan Callen) pay a surprise visit to the Camden family, which creates problems for Ruthie and her current boyfriend, Vincent (guest-star Thomas Dekker). A pregnant Paris (guest-star Shannon Kenny) and Vic decide to get married and ask Eric to be the minister to wed them. Also, Lucy and Kevin disagree over who should care for Savannah when Lucy returns to work. Lastly, Martin misses an important call from his father in Iraq while sneaking out of the house to be with his girlfriend. Martin begins to have second thoughts on their relationship.

  • Wow Simon...you are worried you have an STD the week before, and then the following week you wait until the day before you go back home to Glenoak to get tested?? Not smart! If I was in his shoes, I would have gotten tested immediately. Kevin was right!

  • @swastikausa Slaves weren't inbred where'd you get that from? And no it comes from Caribbean and tropical areas where there's a lot of swamps.

  • @cartersusan There is no cure for sickle cell anemia. It's genetic. You can only be careful of what you do or consume to lessen the chances of a reaction. The majority of my dad's mom's side of my family has it but most of us just carry the trait. The most you can do is just take it easy on your body.

  • Lucy has a monkey face! Lol

  • keep watching the show all will be revealed.

  • i was always taught sickle cell was a result of the inbreeding forced on enslaved africans before the civil war. is this true or what?

  • PETER!!! wihooow!!!!

  • @Lucyrose07 she looks so beautiful right

  • @avour ikr and hes grown so much!

  • @cartersusan i learned about sickle cell in high school and ill pray for you and all those who have it and pray that there is a cure.

  • I know what this family is gonig though. I have sickle cell as well. My siblings, cousins, dad, uncle and my grandmother all have it. My uncle has the disease just like these girls. I just hope that there is truely a cure for it, for all people that have the disease.

  • Lucy is the most selfish pastor I have ever seen- aren't people of God generally supposed to be more open hearted?

  • i know a guy who kind of looks like simon! HOT!

  • Woah Peter's back !!!

  • PETER :D:D:D:D,, we missed you
