This thing is fantastic. If I could have one mini chopper from a you tube video this would be it. Way better than the one I made, and I like mine a lot! =) GREAT JOB!
May be used in a huge generator or a small roller compactor. Some industrial zero turn mowers use them too. I special ordered a comet industrial variable speed clutch / jack shaft assembly. I don't remember what model but it came out of a catalog at my buddies machine shop.

Sweet ! I started building one about a month ago, I cheated I got a rigid rolling chassis kit from west coast mini choppers. They did a really nice job on it, I was going to use a 16hp briggs motor, but after looking yours over I'm leaning more to the 18. What make model is your 18 hp

@dr400z It's a Honda. I got it at a local Tool/Supply shop. retail is around $1,000.
