@whiteguysamurai And whats the matter with africa that it takes 2 million dollars to train people to create such a primitive device as a bike? While the rest of the world creates super conductors and experiments with face-transplants, Africa is developing the bicycle.

Two million is far too much, bamboo grows freely, and you could give out pamphlets on how to make them, but i have a feeling this money will be used to line pockets.

I didn't know Bamboo also grows in Africa. I thought Bamboo only grows in Asia.
