@infsiso, the song is an EZGirl score written specifically for the show. It's available online (maybe also on the second season score soundtrack?) and it's titled simply: "Bette Drunk"

@kaylis1969 Your post was a long time ago, but I've been catching up on L Word and this is the most frustrating thing to me. After how devastated Tina was that night, and then their dysfunctional sex, Tina left and apparently Bette went at some point back to Candace. I hated that more than anything. Up to that point, even though she had cheated, I was sympathetic to her. But it seems to me like she expected Tina to immediately forgive her and when she didn't, she ran back to Candace.

so sad :(
but does everyone knows the song @3:00? thx

I like Bette's answer, that she would run away from herself in opposite direction. I think, I would do the same, even though I haven't cheated on anyone

Gosh it's been a year since my last post on this video. This 4 minutes and 2 seconds, for me, is one of the saddest & most heart wrenching of all 6 seasons, parallel to Tina's devastation of learning of Bette's infidelity & her collapse into Alice's arms. The pain is really tough to watch & of course Ms. Beals is superb!
I love this sequence. These scenes with Bette were heartbreaking and I'm glad that Ilene let us see the consequences of infidelity from the standpoint of the person who made the mistake of hurting someone she loved. I think they did a really good job in both Season 1 and Season 2 of showing how disappointed Bette was in her own behavior.

This scene was skillfully directed reminding us as viewers that true friendships surpass uncomfortable circumstances. Although Alice didn't approve of Bette's behavior in the affair she is reminded of their friendship when she sees Bette in this particular state of mind. The most memorable line in this scene is when Bette cries, "I'm sorry..I'm sorry,"as she admits her regret. The line was delivered with such feeling it touched my heart. This scene allows the viewer to experience her pain.
