@fairyfellermaster and where did chuck berry, elvis, scotty moore get their influences from? BLUES. When the Beatles just formed, they covered blues songs at gigs in england. Yes there are other bands from england that are much more bluesy than the beatles but rock came from the blues. Its impossible to say that no form of rock was influenced by the blues. Blues gave birth to rock. and then new types of rock were born. like elvis and buddy holly and eddie cochran

@smackenurjunk I hate to disagree with you but the beatles' influences range from eddie cochran, scotty moore, little richard, buddy holly, elvis, chuck berry. Fats domino's probably the bluest they ever got unlike the stones & other bands in the 60's who cited howlin' wolf, willie dixon & robert johnson as influences. The beatles weren't blind to the blues they just didn't pay much attention as all the others.

@fairyfellermaster the beatles came from the blues, but drifted off completely as they became more popular

my favourite song from "A Night At The Opera" QUEEN for ever!!!!

This particular time in the 70's when Roger had his roto-tom set was when he preformed this song with the reverb and slight delay effect for his voice. Damn his voice was powerful with this mix! Roger's solo career in the 80's was pretty lame but that's because his voice was more suited for the 70's. Had he done solo work then well, he may have done pretty well on his own even if he had never joined Queen. But I'm glad for all us he did anyway.

love how you can really hear Brian in the backround of the song
